Deborah advises organisations on balancing innovation and ethics, focusing on innovative ventures, cutting-edge technologies and the human factor. With experience analysing leaders, founders and investors across emerging markets, she brings unique insights into the \"G\" in ESG. Deborah develops strategies that align leadership, technology and capital to drive positive impact. Her book, \"Better Than Your Behaviour,\" aims to inspire conscious decision-making for a sustainable future.

Currently CEO of Touchpoints Consulting & Communications, and a former member of the Environment Agency – Abu Dhabi Executive Management Committee.
